🤍 Soul: Scripture, Reflection & Prayer (30 Minutes)

Begin the day by centering your heart on Christ through Scripture, prayer, and guided reflection. Together, we'll discuss what it means to serve like Jesus, set personal intentions for the day, and prepare our hearts to love and encourage others through simple acts of kindness.

This time is designed to help you grow spiritually while reflecting on how God can use you to make an impact in the lives of those around you.

🌸 Service: Encouragement Outreach Experience (Approximately 1 Hour and a half)

Put your faith into action by creating handwritten notes filled with Scripture, encouragement, and uplifting messages. We'll pair each note with a flower before heading out together into the West Chester Borough and the West Chester University campus to share them with others.

Whether it's a student having a difficult day, a local business employee, or someone simply needing encouragement, these small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact.

Unlike our other events, this experience isn't centered on creating something to take home. Instead, it's about giving your time, your encouragement, and the love of Christ to others. Our hope is that through serving, you'll experience the joy of being the hands and feet of Jesus while growing in boldness, compassion, and faith.

💪 Strength: Sculpt-Inspired Strength Class (50 Minutes)

Finish the day with a strength-focused workout inspired by sculpt-style training. This full-body class will emphasize endurance, stability, and functional strength through intentional movements designed to leave you feeling empowered and energized.

Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout, making the workout accessible for a variety of fitness levels while still providing opportunities for an added challenge.
