Join Sozo All Natural Self-Care for a peaceful and uplifting morning of faith, creativity, and movement at our Prayer + Painting + Pilates workshop.

Designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit, this Christ-centered event combines intentional prayer, a relaxing painting experience, and an energizing Pilates class—all surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors in the Borough of West Chester.

What’s Included

🙏 45-Minute Prayer & Devotional Session

Begin the morning by slowing down and connecting with God through Scripture-centered prayer. We'll take a deep dive into a selected verse or passage, reflect on its meaning, spend time in guided and personal prayer, and lift up one another in a supportive community. This intentional time allows us to quiet distractions, meditate on God's Word, and start the day grounded in His presence.

🎨 Painting Experience (Approximately 1 Hour 10 Minutes)
Unwind and express your creativity through a guided painting activity while connecting with others in a warm and encouraging environment.

🧘 50-Minute Pilates Class
Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mind-body connection with a low-impact Pilates workout suitable for all fitness levels.

☕ Coffee Cart Add-On
Enjoy handcrafted beverages from our on-site coffee cart. Guests may also purchase a stylish reusable “on-the-go” glass cup with their drink for $15.

Hi, I’m Brooke

My name is Brooke Scheivert, and my passion for clean, trustworthy-and thoughtfully designed-self-care began when I became aware of the ingredients hidden in everyday products and the impact those chemicals had on my body. That discovery led me to create sozo, crafting each formula by hand with intention, integrity, and care.

My prayer is to grow this brand as big as God allows, using it to genuinely serve and support others through their daily self-care. Faith is the foundation of everything I do, which is why sozo, a word meaning wholeness, healing, and restoration-was the perfect name.
