Soul + Service + Strength

Soul + Service + Strength is a faith-centered community event focused on reflecting the love of Jesus through kindness, encouragement, movement, and intentional connection. We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in Scripture, prayer, and reflection as we set personal intentions for how we want to serve others and embody Christ’s love throughout the day.

Participants will create handwritten encouragement cards featuring Bible verses and uplifting messages, paired with flowers to hand out throughout the community as simple acts of kindness and encouragement. Together, we’ll step outside of ourselves to spread joy, hope, and the love of Jesus in meaningful ways.

We’ll also have a specialty coffee bar available throughout the event featuring iced coffee, cold brew, and matcha. Guests can customize their drinks with homemade syrups, pre-made cold foam, and milk options including whole milk, almond milk, and coconut milk.

• Drinks — $6 each (just plain iced coffee, cold brew, matcha)
• Syrup add-on — $1.50
• Cold foam add-on — $1.50

To close out the event, we’ll move into a light strength-based workout designed to help you feel empowered, refreshed, and connected in both body and spirit. All fitness levels are welcome, and the focus is on intentional movement, confidence, and community.

If you do not have your own yoga mat or exercise mat, we will have 10 extra mats available to rent for $5 each on a first-come, first-served basis.
